How to cancel Amazon order on the website via PC?

Here are the steps to cancel your Amazon order via the computer. But before that, you will have to sign in with your Amazon account.

After that, follow the steps given below.

Step 1: Open Amazon and then click on Returns and orders at the top right of the page. Check out the screenshot below to get an idea. Step 2: Here, you can see all the orders that you have made under the Orders heading. Now, click on Cancel items button at the right of the package that you have ordered. Step 3: In the next window, give the reason for the cancellation of the order (optional) and then click on the Cancel selected items in this order button.Your order will be cancelled.

Cancel Amazon order from the app

To cancel the Amazon order from the app, follow the instruction given below. Here too you'll need to sign in with your Amazon account before continuing further.

Open the Amazon app and then tap on the hamburger button at the top left.
Now, tap on Your orders button from the drop-down menu.
Here, you will see a list of items that you have ordered. Click on the order that you want to cancel.
Next, tap on View order details.
Tap on Cancel items and then on Cancel checked items. You can also give the reason for your cancellation, but this is optional.

Remember, if your order has been already dispatched, you can select the Request cancellation option. And if your order has been shipped directly by the seller, then you will have to contact the seller to cancel the order.
